RETURN REQUEST CLAIM DEADLINES

  • Non-Defective Goods Returns: 30 Days

  • Miss-Shipped Orders: 48 hours upon delivery

  • Damage by Shipping Carrier: 48 hours upon delivery

*The following policies are determined by our suppliers and rules from the manufacturers and we need to abide by them.

ALL RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE FORMALLY SUBMITTED BY EMAIL AND APPROVED PRIOR TO RETURN. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Returns for Credit

All merchandise is subject to a manufacturer technician inspection upon arrival before the return will be finalized. All merchandise returned will be processed within 10 business days. Returns must be sent back within 30 days of the invoice date or restocking fees of 15% will be applied.

    • Opened Packaging
      All products must be returned in resalable condition (unused and/or unopened). There will be no credit issued on items that have been opened or used.


Damage by Shipping

If you receive packages damaged in shipment, keep all packaging and take pictures of the damages and DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE. All damaged good claims must be submitted to HOMETACTICAL within 48 hours of original delivery receipt. Damaged goods qualify as a result of packages being allegedly disturbed or harmed by the shipping carrier (i.e. UPS, FedEx, etc). These claims submitted to HOMETACTICAL must be promptly filed in order to initiate the shipping claims process.

Please allow between 1 to 3 weeks for damage claims to be reviewed and finalized by the shipping carrier. Required information for damage claim requests include the following: original packaging material, tracking information, end recipient contact telephone number, and details describing the nature of damage. ALL RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE FORMALLY SUBMITTED BY EMAIL AND APPROVED PRIOR TO RETURN


Damaged Items/Defective Claims

Upon inspection, if the merchandise has been misused or abused by the consumer, the return will be refused and credit will not be issued. (Please, see above "Damage by Shipping")

  • Defective Merchandise
    We are not a warranty repair station; therefore, we cannot accept returns due to defective material or workmanship caused by the manufacture process. Please contact the manufacturer for instructions.


Shipping Errors

We will email a UPS return label to customer. If the order was shipped ground, and the end user decided to overnight the package to us to get it here faster, they will do so at their own expense. Once the incorrect item is received, credit will be issued. A new order will need to be placed for the correct item.


Optics and Firearms

All optics and firearms will be sent to the manufacturer first for inspection before the return will be finalized. If the item is repaired and returned to us, we will be returning the item back to you at your expense and credit will not be issued.


International Orders

We do not ship any International Orders (Including Puerto Rico, Guam, APOs and FPOs), including orders that have any connection to International shipments (freight-forwarders, etc.). This applies to both the shipping and billing addresses. Orders found to have an international connection will be cancelled. There are no exceptions.


Non Returnable

Due to fraud, we do not accept returns on CAS Hanwei products.
